Fabrication
	With an experienced staff of more than 40 employees located in our 57,000 square foot fabrication plant in Oneonta, Alabama, we are ready to be of service to you. Our quality control program insures quality workmanship throughout the entire process.

 

In 1999, we purchased a Peddinghaus Drill Line for beams, tubing, and channel, an Anglematic, and a CNC Plate Cutting machine. With the addition of this automated equipment, Art Iron Works is capable of providing precise, quality fabrication at a reasonable price. In addtion, we have the following: 14 Overhead Cranes 4 Plate Shears 12 ft. 300 ton Press Brake 1/4" Capacity Plate Roll Angle Iron Roll (3 x 3 x 3/8 capacity)

 

	At Art Iron Works we understand the difference between a good looking paint job and a properly applied coating system. In order for a coating system to perform within specifications, the raw fabrication must be properly prepared. Prior to the final stop in our paint department, raw fabrication passes through one of our two sandblasting set-ups for SSPC requirements. Our paint department uses conventional and airless paint equipment.  We are experienced in all types of epoxy, zinc coatings, and multi-coat systems.
